The Workshop will take place on 7 and 8 April 2018 and will focus on the opening of the hips.

The Workshop will be held by Adriana Calò, a certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, Intermediate Junior 3 Vice President of the Italian Iyengar Yoga Association (LOYI).
